«Opillia Mitsne» is the power of real beer made from the force of barley sprouts and the strength of the spirit of Ukrainian hops.
Truly strong beer brewed from natural Ukrainian raw materials using classical technology with long fermentation and maturation periods.
Thanks to this technology, the beer gains its full potency and flavour from Ukrainian barley malt, and its aroma strength from aromatic hops.

Strength (IBU)
IBU - International Bitterness Unit - international units of beer bitterness. The IBU scale shows the level of beer intoxication and is measured in millionths of alpha acids, which are the basis of hop bitterness in a certain amount of beer. The scale varies from 0 to 120. The higher the value - the stronger the bitterness of beer, which depends on the variety of hops and the duration of its boiling.

We brew "Mitsne" according to the classical technology using 12 brewing steps.
During the brewing of "Opillia Mitsne", the beer fermentation process lasts 10 days, and the maturation process takes 50 days.
We use the following ingredients to brew "Mitsne" beer:

beer yeast
We recommend storing at a temperature between 5 and 25°C in a darkened room
