It is a premium-class pale lager brewed exclusively from high-quality malt, noble hop varieties, yeast, and pure water.
A distinctive feature of this beer is its 35-day fermentation, conditioning, and maturation period, which allows it to “ripen” naturally and develop a rich, full flavour. Thanks to this extended maturation, the beer reveals its deep malty character, pronounced hoppiness, and refined smoothness.

It matures in underground cellars, where the temperature is always stable +1 - + 2ºC. It is there that the processes of fermentation of beer wort, fermentation, and maturation of beer take place.
